Combined screwdriver and stripping tool.

This screwdriver has a plastic handle containing a metal wire stripping blade, the intention being that wire insulation could be removed before fixing it into a terminal using the screwdriver.
The stripping function does still work, although the blade is rather worn.
It's doubtful if such things were ever used regularly by electricians, poribably being more of a novelty or DIY item.
